Hao Chuang Enterprise Co.
豪創企業成立於2014年，在2019年成立工業設計部門，業務包括工業設計、設計研究，並特別以玩/教具設計及教育方法開發為重點發展項目。因此，豪創也積極與偏鄉學校連接，希望能夠從與學校師生的互動中學習。我們同時也將設計思維的觀念透過寓教於樂的活動帶到偏鄉學校，希望能夠將產業方法和知識融入到教育環境中。
Hao-Chuang Enterprise Co. Was founded in 2014. In 2019, Industrial Design Department was created offering Industrial Design and Design Research services, at the same time, placing focus on teaching aid designs and education methods. Hao-Chuang Enterprise Co. therefore initiated collaboration efforts with rural elementary schools, hoping to learn from interaction between school teachers as well as students. We aspire to integrate Design industry know-how into local education, by bring Design Thinking to local education through interactive and fun programs to rural schools.

阮英豪
Ying-Hao Juan
擁有超過十年的專業企業與學界設計經歷，阮英豪對於產業與消費者之間的需求有相當的認知及了解。阮英豪的專業設計生涯於美國開始，分別於亞特蘭大飛利浦設計以及佛羅里達州摩托羅拉擔任工業設計師。在國外生活二十年後，阮英豪返台展開教職生涯，在台北實踐大學工業產品設計學系擔任專任講師。在任教五年後，決定開始建立屬於自己的設計專業生涯，『以分享為主軸的事業』為核心，在設計專業外也嘗試將設計方法帶入基礎教育，為台灣的教育提出不同的方法。
阮英豪過去的合作夥伴包括摩托羅拉、飛利浦設計、正新輪胎、上銀科技、Chick-Fil-A、DLO、惠而浦、Kitchenaid、得偉電動工具以及Fellows。其中所參與過的專案類別從未來概念設計、量產化設計到深度設計研究。
在專業設計之餘，阮英豪也在國立成功大學工業設計系以及南台科技大學創新產品設計系擔任兼任講師，並曾擔任共六屆台灣精品設計類副評審委員。
With more than ten years of professional experience between corporate and academia, Ying has a broad understanding of design needs between clients and consumers. Ying began his professional career in the United States with Philips Design in Atlanta GA, and Motorola Solutions in Plantation, FL. Upon returning to Taiwan after spending twenty years abroad, Ying took on full-time teaching as Tenured Lecturer at Taipei's Shih Chien University Department of Industrial Design. After five years with SCID, Ying decided to leave his teaching position to focus on building a career out of sharing, utilizing his design know-how to bring different outlook to Taiwan's education.
Ying's past experiences include collaborations with Motorola Solutions, Philips Design, Maxxis Tire, HIWIN Corporation, Chic-Fil-A, DLO, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, DeWALT and Fellows, as well as a wide range of projects from futuristic conceptual designs, design for production to immersive design research.
Outside of professional design work, Ying also teaches at National Cheng Kung University Department of Industrial Design, as well as Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology as Adjunct Lecturer. Ying was also a member of the panel of judges in the design category of Taiwan Excellence Award for six years.
